Short Description
A single variety perry made from the Gin perry pear harvested in late October 2021 and bottled in February the following year. Adopting the méthode ancestrale approach, fermentation with wild yeasts continued in the bottle resulting in an unfiltered naturally sparkling medium dry perry. Overall it has a light flavour with elements of elderflower and juniper and fine bubbles. Best served chilled.

Gin Perry (out of stock) Description
The Gin pear regularly produces heavy crops (to the extent that branches often break due to the weight of fruit) and the fruit keeps well which is unusual for perry pears. It also has a well deserved reputation for producing a high quality perry. It is usually our last perry pear to be harvested. The name is apparently a reflection of “gin/juniper” flavours in the perry.
