Single Variety Perry Case Description

To mark the first Perry Day on 13 October 2023 and the Herefordshire AppleFest Celebrations of perry during October we are delighted to offer a special case of 750ml bottles of 6 organic perries from our 2021 harvest. They have all been made using the méthode ancestral approach so that they finish their fermentation in the bottle. Except for the Yellow Huffcap all are sparkling and best served chilled. The Yellow Huffcap has fermented very slowly and we would suggest is left to mature for a few months before drinking – this variety also has a very modest amount of Winnals London added to give a better balance to the product. The case is made up of 1 bottle of each of the following varietals:

• Blakeney Red – 5.4% abv
• Gin – 5.5% abv
• Hendre Huffcap – 6.0% abv
• Thorn – 6.3% abv
• Winnals Longdon – 5.4% abv
• Yellow Huffcap – 8.1% abv

The selection enjoys a discount of about 10% from normal online prices and includes delivery to most UK mainland destinations.
