A single variety Perry made from the early ripening Moorcroft perry pear using the méthode ancestrale approach. This unfiltered perry fermented by wild yeasts has a lively sparkle with medium acidity and tannins. It is from our 2022 harvest and initially was sold as draught before bottling in August 2023. Open carefully and drink chilled.
