Gently Sparkling, dry, 6.1%, 750ml
A superb single variety cider made from our 2021 harvest. It was bottled shortly before the fermentation had finished and the subsequent modest amount of further fermentation in bottle has resulted in a naturally very gently sparkling dry cider with a modest tannic finish. It has a rich dark amber colour.
