Terms of sale

If you wish to have a custom order with bottles and items with free delivery and it doesn't total £150 or with 12 bottles total please contact us directly.

There is free delivery on any combination of items over £150.

The prices shown include delivery charges to most of mainland UK. Delivery to offshore islands and broadly the northern part of Scotland will result in a cost which will be advised on receipt of your order, or please phone 07807 333950 to discuss prior to placing your order.

We aim to dispatch orders by courier on a weekday within 48 hours of receipt and delivery is usually the next weekday (excluding bank holidays) but this is not guaranteed.

The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that any person who purchases from the site online shall provide their full name, full address, date of birth and phone number as part of the purchase process. This information shall be kept for a period of at least 12 months and shall be produced on demand of the police or an ‘authorised person’ (as defined by Section 13 of the Licensing Act 2003) or an authorised Trading Standards Officer of the Council.

We will not sell alcohol to any person online or in our shop until it has been verified that the person is over 18 years of age. We operate a Challenge 25 policy.

No deliveries containing alcohol will be left by the courier if the person at the delivery address is under 18 years of age. In this case the courier may attempt to leave the consignment with a neighbour who satisfies the proof of age conditions or leave a card for you to arrange redelivery or collection. Our couriers will operate a Challenge 25 policy or equivalent prior to the alcohol being handed over.

The only acceptable proof of identity shall be a photographic driver's licence, a passport or an Identity Card containing the PASS Hologram.

Our online payment is by PayPal which enables customers to pay securely using their credit card even if they do not have a PayPal account. Butford Organics will never have sight or access to customers' card details and will not store this information.

Once an order has been placed you may cancel within 3 days of receipt but you will be responsible for returning any goods to us. After receipt by ourselves you will receive a refund less any costs we have incurred.

If the order is damaged in any way we should be advised within 24 hours of delivery by email – martin@butfordorganics.co.uk – or phone – 07807 333950 – so the matter can be resolved.
