A organic perry from the rarely found Yellow Huffcap pear harvested in 2022. The wild yeast fermentation resulted in a sweet perry to which a modest amount of Winnals Longdon was added to give more balance and structure. Fermentation in the bottle has produced a gentle sparkle.
