We started making apple juice in 2007 as the Butford Farm Orchard we planted became more productive.
We grow over 30 varieties of dessert and culinary apple and make named single variety juices as far as possible but, as with cider, a blend is often the best flavour. The main single varietals we use are Discovery, Falstaff, Fiesta, Grenadier, Red Devil, Spartan, Sunset and Tom Putt with the sharp Early Victoria providing balance in a blend.
Recently we have launched a pressing and bottling service for customers who would like their own apples turned into juice for personal consumption. If you are interested in this please contact us for details.
